3. Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance: Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the products listed. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or payment issues.
Pricing: All product prices are listed in [Pakistani Rupees], inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice, but we will always charge the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Payment Methods: We accept Cash, Bank Transfer. By submitting your payment information, you warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If there are any issues with your order, you will be contacted by our team.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Locations: We currently offer delivery services to addresses within Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Gulistan-e-Johar, Federal B Area, Clifton, DHA, PECHS, Malir, North Nazimabad, and Bahria Town. Delivery timings are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday), with Sunday being a non-operational day. Orders placed before 10:00 AM will be delivered on the same day, depending on the location.
Delivery Charges: Delivery fees may apply and will be displayed at the time of checkout.
Order Tracking: You will receive an email or SMS with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Missed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the order, additional delivery charges may apply.

5. Returns and Refunds

Perishable Goods: As we sell perishable food products, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was delivered. In such cases, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. you can find the contact details at the bottom of the page.
Refunds: Refunds for defective or wrong products will be issued in the original form of payment. We reserve the right to inspect the returned product before issuing a refund.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting customer service. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design, are the intellectual property of Lucky Foods or licensed to us. You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of our website for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
